This single origin coffee is a seriously complex cup. Even though the roast is light, we've tempered out much of the acidity, letting the savory cedar flavor note really shine through. As the cup cools, the fruity apricot note begins to blossom, and the coffee is rounded out by a light floral layer. 

This coffee comes from our Sede Washing Station partner in Konga, which is in the kebele, or village, of Sede, in the Yirgacheffe district. Konga is about 4 kilometers south of the town of Yirgacheffe.
