A monthly subscription that’s perfect for small- to mid-sized cafe owners and coffee retailers who want to batch roast between 10 and 25 lbs of coffee per session. Roast once a month, twice a month, or once a week–the Signature Membership gives you total flexibility and control over your fresh-roasted inventory. Each Signature Membership includes:

• Three-hour access to the roaster and packaging equipment, including scale, heat sealer, and packing table

• Reserved cupping area and equipment

• Green coffee receiving and secure storage

• Green coffee ordering at cost

• Coffee brewing equipment, including temperature-control electric kettle, Chemex, Aeropress, French press, and automatic drip

• Open access to members-only workspace with WiFi

• Invitation to industry presentations and networking events

Note: All memberships recur monthly. All new members must attend a three-hour training session before they can begin their memberships. The training fee of $50 is not included, and will be charged at the time of the training.
