Our coffee is roasted in small batches each week and shipped on Tuesday.

Signalman is our signature dark roast blend. Named for the railmen who served as lights in the darkness along the railways, Signalman is an homage to the hardworking men and women who built America. 

The 2020 Signalman is a blend of a Colombia Cauca and an Ethiopia Limu. The resulting coffee is a smooth but strong dark roast with flavor notes of caramel, toffee, and woodsmoke.
